Viktoriya -- who goes by Vika to her family and to the American students who decided a short name was so much cooler -- is a Russian student with a poor grasp of English and a bright outlook on life. She is known for having a cheerful demeanor, works very hard in her classes, and tends toward a marked impatience when it comes to those "issues" that others complain about and never seem willing to fix. She is known for being willful, but more so in a quiet determined way than brash ignorance.
