TOUCH OF DEATH (Rank 4):
This gift is available only to the Eaters of the Dead amongst the Silent Strider Tribe. Using it, a Garou may touch a target and give that target a premonition of his or her own death. The target usually falls into a stupor, losing a number of points from physical traits which must be healed back through time. The user does not know what the target sees, and the target will have no recollection of it, but the target's hair will be streaked with white forever after. It may be used only once on any target, ever.
