History
Silver Fangs opened the Central Park caern in 1855, dedicating it to Mera, a water spirit who continues to hold domain over the waters that flow through and around New York City. During the Great Depression, the Fangs lost control of the Green and the Bone Gnawers eventually took over. At this time, the Great White Mouse, a spirit associated with strength in numbers, became the caern's secondary totem.
Under the influcence of Rat's tribe, the Green is extremely egalitarian and loosely structured. All tribes are welcome and visitors are encouraged to offer gifts that would benefit the homeless. In 1995, Camille arrived from Detroit's Sept of the Dented Hubcap when called by local Bone Gnawers to Judge one of the Sept's Glass Walkers, a theurge who had a rather spectacular Veil Breach. She judged him and performed the Satire Rite to take the Theurge from Athro to Adren. It is known that Camille left town -very- quickly after the punishment was rendered.
Misc
The Sept of the Green is detailed in Werewolf: the Apocalypse 2nd Edition. Also, it should be noted that the Central Park that exists in the World of Darkness is much more overgrown and wild than the one that exists in the real world.
The full composition of the Sept hasn't been formally defined but is expanded as people expand the Sept through applications. Past members of this Sept are unknown by the person doing this write up (Zosia) so pleased add more known/on camera information.
