PARTING THE VELVET CURTAIN (Level 3):
This gift is the only way for Garou to transport non-Garou into the Umbra -- he or she must touch the target while stepping sideways into the Umbra, and use Gnosis. While in the Umbra the non-Garou (usually homids, as many other races already know how to get there on their own) remains connected to the Garou by silk threads, and cannot leave until the Garou does so, and must leave when he or she does.
