Notes: Touch Deer left with his pack Ouroboros in 2002, to aid Quiet Drinks-from-the-Bitter-Cup's mother (a Mage) on a secretive mission of some sort. Abruptly, he had returned 3 years later. Upon return, he claimed Eldership of the Sept when Megan was forced into stepping down for health reasons. His tenure was a tumultuous one, with many people such as Circle Keeper attacking him for being too soft, while others attacked him for the exact opposite.
At one point, his pup Circles returned, but that too was tumultuous. At one point, after Circle Keeper frenzied on Circles, Touch Deer violently savaged him, beating his head into the ground long after unconsciousness. He asked Salem to judge the Uktena, and the Glass Walker eventually ruled that how thoroughly the Wendigo had savaged the Uktena made the question of punishment moot. Soon after, Vera arrived in the sept, to whom Touch Deer readily surrendered his position as Sept Elder. He left the sept with Circles when it became clear that Jacinta was prepared to cull his cub due the cub's persistent behaviour.
