Notes: Alicia was Dakota's cousin, and her twin brother, Benedict was kin. Before either of them were aware they were Garou, she dated Nevada; later, she was involved with Tom, a Child of Gaia kinfolk she ended up marrying nad having a daughter with by the name of Andrea. She was fairly urban in her ways, and street savvy. Alicia was temporary sept alpha in 2005, after Megan's departure. She stepped down at the October 2005 moot, where Touch Deer took the reigns of the sept. She left the sept for the Sept of the Western Eye in 2006 to resolve some family issues.
During her time in the Sept of the Western Eye, Alicia challenged for the rank of Adren in which she had to resolve relations between the Western Eye and the Falling Snow Sept in Lake Tahoe. Through her actions she was able to improve standings and help formulate a moon bridge between the two Septs.
As of 2014, Alicia has returned to the Sept of the Hidden Walk along with her cousin Dakota Winters.
