Construction of Hilliard Memorial Hospital
During the Great Depression, the Hilliard Family creates many jobs by constructing the Jerrold Hilliard Memorial Hospital. Completion of the structure does not occur for five years, but the patient ward and the emergency rooms are put into almost immediate use.
