Syntax: +curse
This command is intended as a role-playing aid for Garou and Human characters when interacting with members of the other race, comparing Garou Rage vs. Human Willpower stats for all connected characters in the room and returning an appropriate output, without revealing +sheet stats.
Garou characters will see a list of Humans who should be reacting to them as if affected by the Curse (i.e., the willpower of the Human character(s) listed is less than the Rage of the Garou character running the command). If no Humans are present or if no Humans would be affected by the Curse, an appropriate message will be delivered to the Garou character.
Human characters will see a similar type of output, either a list of Garou characters whose Rage would be inciting the Curse in the user or an appropriate message if there are not.

The Rage of other shifter types do not incite the Curse in Humans, and other supernatural races are not affected by it, so characters of those types using this command will receive only a notice to that effect.
